EXCHANGE/ RETURN

To make your request for an exchange, please email us at contact@jamone-c.com within 14 days for a return authorisation prior to sending back your order. Customers are responsible for the return shipping, JaMone.C will not provide any return label unless the item arrived defective.

*All returned items will be donated to local organisations and NGOs.

*Return and exchange do not apply to customised items.
