Shipping policy
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Customers will receive an order confirmation shortly after successfully placing the order.
*Due to the high demand and unstable logistics situation, delivery time may be slightly longer for International orders (may take up to 7-12 days). Thank you for your patience.

Standard Delivery Service is available in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and more around the world.
Remarks
Order will be cancelled 3 days after email notice if:
- Nobody is available to accept the delivery after multiple attempts
- Delivery is refused 2 times by the recipient
Depending on the situation, we may issue a refund. A 25% restocking plus shipping fee will be charged on returns of undeliverable or unclaimed orders and it would be deducted before issuing the refund.
DELIVERY
Delivery is currently available worldwide, all orders will be shipped using different delivery couriers depending on which country and time required at the moment we ship.
CUSTOM ORDER
Each customized order approximately takes up to 5 - 7 business days for production. Once your item has been collected by the courier, the customer will receive an email with dispatching information.TRACK MY ORDER
We will send customers a tracking link via email/ phone number provided after the packages have been collected by the courier. If your parcel is damaged or lost in transit, please do not hesitate to contact contact@jamone-c.com for further assistance.
Lost Shipment
A tracking number is provided for each order in the dispatch notification e-mail as well as in the order history under My Account. You can track your order on the courier's website using the tracking number.
In the unlikely chance that you do not receive your order within two weeks after the expected delivery date, please contact us through Whatsapp or e-mail us at contact@jamone-c.com. We are not responsible for refunds if the courier’s official website states that the parcel has been delivered. Jamone-C.com reserves the right of final decisions to all terms and conditions.
Important notice: Please send your shipment inquiry within 60 days of the purchase order placed. We will attempt to follow up with any requests received after that time frame, but in most cases, the courier will not be able to provide information for follow-up. In such circumstances, no refunds will be arranged.
